- What counts as a seat?
- One person on your team. Add or remove seats anytime; inviting beyond your plan’s cap prompts you to upgrade.
- How fast do fresh transcripts arrive?
- Our target is the same day, usually hours after the hearing ends. If a hearing video isn’t available yet, the transcript follows as soon as we can get it.
- Can I cancel?
